- We caught this fire while actively monitoring the security camera system at this marina in Florida and alerted an onsite security guard, along with the fire department. Under the plastic tent was a wooden yacht that was being restored to original condition. An air compressor was left on through the night to keep the interior dry from moisture. - These subjects burglarized this business several months prior to this video. They made off with a large amount of merchandise. here is a link to that break in.

They became customers of ours shortly after that break in. We were actively monitoring the security camera system when the same group of thieves returned a couple of months later. In the newer video you can see the subjects enter the property in the same type of vehicle. The subjects have the same type of attire on, something covering their faces and gloves. This time the subjects attempt to cut the garage door open to avoid breaking the door contact and setting off the burglar alarm. Little did they know that the property was actively being monitored by a company that specializes in remote video monitoring. We notified the local police department as soon as the subjects entered the property. The police department set up a perimeter around the property. Several officers parked down the street from the main gate and approached the property on. When the van exits the property, it almost hits several deputies. The deputies had to run back to their parked cars and begin pursuit of the van. The van and the suspects were apprehended shortly after this video ends and no merchandise ever left the building.

- We observed these two males enter our customer's property and break into a tenants lawn service. The subjects were then observed exiting the property with lawn equipment which they stashed in some nearby bushes. Night Hawk Monitoring notified the local police department who responded and surrounded the property. at the end of the video, several police officers are seen making entry onto the property.
